Shipping policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders in the US and Puerto Rico (free shipping) are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. CrystalDust  has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility. 

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments ($7.50 for USPS Priority). It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, CrystalDust might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
